Tandoori Parlour Indian Restaurant & Takeaway Rainham, Kent. Timely delivery

Tandoori Parlour is an Indian takeaway in Rainham, Kent ME8 8AY. Since December 2020 we have decided to remain a takeaway and not serve as a restaurant. It was not a decision we made easily, and it came after careful deliberation over a period.
Due to the COVID situation we were forced to close our restaurant's seating area and as other businesses we too had staffing issues. We will not reopen as a restaurant or take reservations, as we navigate the next few months, we remain open minded.
Having said that, we are now a full-fledged Indian delivery service serving Rainham in Kent. We can now really focus on a few things:

1. Quality of food – ensure it is cooked using the best and freshest ingredients consistently. We want to provide an authentic, traditional, and home-style Indian cuisine (occasionally with twists) for our customers to enjoy at home. Sample pictures below.
2. Timely delivery service – we want to always deliver your meal within the stated time, our mission is to always get the food out for delivery 30 minutes after placing an order and have it delivered well under an hour. This is not always entirely in our control, weather, traffic, and order volumes play a part too. That said, we have always managed to get the food delivered within 50 minutes on average. For collections we aim to have it always ready within 20-30 minutes.
3. Staff wellbeing – to ensure the above two are consistent we make sure our staff are following guidelines provided by local authorities and government. And that they take breaks when it is required. We want them to be happy and passionate about Indian food and keeping our customers in Rainham extremely happy.

So far, we have had a positive response from our customers, they have been very generous in the kind words they have left for us on Google reviews. We welcome all comments and it makes us extremely proud to be a part of the Kent community and gives us the drive to continue to serve the Rainham area with quality Indian dishes.
